| The billet is rolled in 650 *1 roughing mill. After 5-7 passes of rolling, the thickness of the billet is 36-42 mm. The billet is cut on 250 ton shear by lifting platform, extending roll table and pre-shear roll table. The strip is sent to ZL-ZP1-ZP2 medium rolling mill by conveying roller. After three passes of continuous rolling, the thickness of strip is 16-24 mm. Medium rolling mill is a two-level and three-stand continuous rolling mill. In front of ZL rolling mill and ZP1 rolling mill, it is equipped with descaling to remove secondary oxide scale. After the strip is discharged from the middle mill, it is descaled into the finishing mill. There are 8 rolling mills in the finishing mill. The mill arrangement is JL1-JP1-JP2-JL2-JP3-JP4-JP5-JP6. The final product is 2.0-5.0 mm *143-275 mm hot rolled strip. |
